What is included in a pack?

The single option contains one complete fountain. The 2-pack contains two fountains and the 3-pack contains three. A quantity of 1 in your cart means one of the selected packs.

Does the fountain work without a power cord?

No. The pump uses a wireless connection inside the fountain, so there are no pump cables in the water. The fountain itself must be plugged into a power outlet. Check the supplied adapter and local power compatibility before use.

How do I keep the fountain clean?

Refresh the water, clean the fountain and replace filters as directed in the included BISSELL instructions. Keep the reservoir filled within the marked range and unplug before cleaning.
